For Group/Travel Company Auction† Stays at Hedonism II and III, individual Members who provide their Loyalty Program Member Number at the time of check-in at a participating Hedonism resort will earn 5% of a pre-set flat rate for each night of their stay. A “Group Stay” is any group of 10 rooms or more occupied by guests arriving on the same travel dates whose reservations were booked under an official SuperClubs Groups Contract. It is possible that individuals may have purchased their trip as part of a Group Stay unknowingly. Guests/Members whose reservations were unknowingly made as part of a Group Stay are still considered part of the official group and are held to all group policies. Guests/Members should always confirm at time of purchase whether their reservations are part of a group.

HedoCa$h Redemption
Earned HedoCa$h may be redeemed for future bookings at Hedonism II and Hedonism III Resorts only. A minimum of 100 HedoCa$h dollars ($100) per paid booking may be redeemed up to the total price of the land portion of the booking. HedoCa$h may only be redeemed at the time the reservation is initially made and only through www.hedonism.com or by calling 1-877-Go-Super (467-8737). HedoCa$h can be redeemed as follows:
www.hedonism.com: Members may redeem HedoCa$h on the www.hedonism.com Site. To do so, Members should log on to the Site and complete the form provided on the reservation request screen, which is located on the reservation page. A Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program account field will provide the amount of earned HedoCa$h that is available for redemption. The Member must select the amount of HedoCa$h to be redeemed (minimum of 100 HedoCa$h dollars per paid booking) which will be credited as a discount off the price of the land portion of the reservation. The amount of HedoCa$h redeemed will then be automatically deducted from the Member’s account.
1-877-Go-Super (467-8737): Members may redeem HedoCa$h by calling 1-877-Go-Super (467-8737). A Member must provide his/her Loyalty Program Membership Number and specify the amount of HedoCa$h to be redeemed at the time the reservation is initially made. The amount of HedoCa$h redeemed will then be automatically deducted from the Member’s account.
Other travel agencies: Members may redeem HedoCa$h for bookings made through Travel Agents. To do so, the Travel Agent must book the reservation by calling 1-877-Go-Super (467-8737) and providing the Member’s Loyalty Program Membership Number and amount of HedoCa$h to be redeemed along with the other reservation information. Travel Agents will not be able to redeem a Member’s HedoCa$h for reservations booked on www.hedonismresorts.com. Travel agents will not receive commission on the portion of the reservation being paid through redemption of HedoCa$h.
Tour Operators: Members may redeem HedoCa$h for bookings made through a Tour Operator. To do so, Members must make their own reservation through www.hedonism.com, 877-GOSUPER or a travel agent for the portion of the stay for which HedoCa$h is being redeemed. If a Member is redeeming HedoCa$h with a value less than the cost of a full night stay, the Member must pay the balance of the reservation (the amount remaining due after HedoCa$h is credited) by cash or credit card at the time the HedoCa$h is redeemed. The Tour Operator may then book the portion of the stay for which HedoCa$h is not being redeemed. The Member must provide a SuperClubs Agent with the Tour Operator Reservation Number so that the SuperClubs agent may link it to the HedoCa$h redemption reservation and ensure that the Member is assigned to the same room for the entire stay. The Tour Operator must book the same room category and type (prude or nude) as the Member booked through HedoCa$h redemption.
Groups: Members may redeem HedoCa$h when they are traveling as part of a group. The group must have been contracted January 1, 2006 or later and be made up of 10 or more rooms. Member must provide his/her Loyalty Program Membership Number and specify the amount of HedoCa$h to be redeemed at the time the reservation is initially made. The amount of HedoCa$h redeemed will then be automatically deducted from the Member’s account. All other redemption policies apply.
If a Member books two different categories/types of rooms respectively during a single stay, HedoCa$h will be applied toward the lower category/type of room and that room will be assigned for the first night of the stay and for consecutive nights until the HedoCa$h is exhausted. At that time, the guest will be transferred to the higher room category/type for the remainder of his/her stay. This will be observed regardless of the dates on which the higher room category/type was originally booked and the resort reserves the right to and will in fact switch the dates of both such reservations to conform with this policy. If the change in reservations under this policy causes the total price of the booking to increase, the Member will be responsible for and must pay the resort the difference in price (by cash or credit card) and no travel agency commissions will be due on that amount. No refunds will be given to the Member, guest or any travel agent if this change results in a price decrease.
HedoCa$h cannot be redeemed for reservations made through Internet Travel Sites or other companies and/or travel agencies that require full payment at the time the reservation is made. HedoCa$h has no monetary value and is not accepted as a form of payment to any company outside of SuperClubs and its affiliated companies.
HedoCa$h cannot be redeemed for a booking after final payment has been made.
If a Member redeems HedoCa$h for only a portion of his/her stay and a paid reservation is made for the remainder of his/her stay, the paid reservation must be made in the same room type (Prude or Nude) and the same room category (single share, guaranteed single or double occupancy) as the portion of the stay for which HedoCa$h was redeemed. If two different room types and/or room categories are booked for the same stay, SuperClubs reserves the right to assign the Member to more than one room during the Members’ stay based upon the room type and/or category for which HedoCa$h was redeemed and the room type and/or category booked through a paid reservation. If this results in an increase in the total price of the reservation, the guest must pay for the difference in price prior to checking out of the resort. No Travel Agency commissions will be due on any such price difference. If this results in a decrease in the total price of the reservation, SuperClubs retains difference in price and no refund will be paid to the Member or Travel Agency.
Expiration of HedoCa$h: All earned HedoCa$h will remain valid as long as a Member’s account remains active. A Member’s account becomes inactive two years from the date of the last qualified booking with membership ID# attached or two years after registering as a Member, whichever is later. If the account becomes inactive, all HedoCa$h will expire and will automatically be forfeited.
Repeat Guest Programs
All previous Hedonism II and/or Hedonism III Repeat Guest Programs have either been terminated or rolled into the new Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program as of April 15, 2005 at the sole discretion of SuperClubs.
Privacy Policy
By visiting this site, Members are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy including the collection and use of Members’ personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
SuperClubs collects any information Members enter on www.hedonism.com or provide to 1-77Go-Super (467-8767) or that Members give to SuperClubs in any other way, including Members’ email addresses. Information collected will be for SuperClubs’ use only and is meant to facilitate the booking of reservations and the accrual and/or redemption of HedoCa$h. Members can choose not to provide certain information, but in such event may not be able to take advantage of Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program services and features including HedoCa$h accrual and/or redemption. SuperClubs does not give, sell, rent or lend information provided by its Members or about it’s Members to any outside entity or organization. Occasionally SuperClubs may use the information to notify Members about changes to the website, new services, or special offers.
When Members visit www.hedonism.com, Members disclose certain information, such as an Internet Protocol (IP) address and the time of their visit. The Site, like many other sites, records this basic information about visits to www.hedonism.com. Cookies are pieces of information that are transferred to your computer from a web server and allow the server to provide correct frames and content. SuperClubs may use cookies to facilitate the booking of reservations and the accrual and/or redemption of HedoCa$h. Cookies will not reveal Members’ personal identity and will not collect Members’ private data.
Members’ access to some services and content is password-protected. SuperClubs advises Members not to disclose their password to anyone and recommends that Members sign out of password-protected services at the end of each session. While Members’ accounts are password-protected, SuperClubs does comply with court orders and subpoenas and cooperates with investigations by state and federal agencies.
SuperClubs will immediately post any changes to Privacy Policy procedures on www.hedonism.com in a link labeled “Terms and Conditions” and any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated in the change.
Restrictions
1. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted by SuperClubs in its sole discretion.
2. SuperClubs reserves the right to change or terminate the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program at any time. SuperClubs also reserves the right to change the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions at any time without notice including but not limited to the manner in which HedoCa$h is calculated or awarded or the number of HedoCa$h dollars needed for rewards.
3. Fraud or abuse relating to or arising out of HedoCa$h and/or the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program, including but not limited to Membership, privileges and benefits, are subject to administrative and/or legal action by SuperClubs including but not limited to the forfeiture of HedoCa$h and the revocation of Membership.
4. All questions or disputes regarding the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program or HedoCa$h accrued and/or redeemed through the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program will be resolved by SuperClubs in its sole discretion. SuperClubs is the final authority with regard to awarding HedoCa$h, and the qualification for accruing and/or issuing HedoCa$h. SuperClubs reserves the right to deny and/or revoke HedoCa$h awards at any time it determines HedoCa$h was improperly accrued and/or issued. SuperClubs reserves the right to discontinue Membership in the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program without notice and in its sole discretion if a Member acts in any manner inconsistent with local, state or federal laws or otherwise abuses or misuses the benefits of Membership in the Program including but not limited to failure to pay any valid bill and/or account due relating to or arising out of a SuperClubs booking or vacation regardless of whether it was booked at www.hedonismI.com or through 1-877-Go-Super (467-8737).
5. SuperClubs reserves the right to terminate the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program and/or the accrual of HedoCa$h with six months advance notice to all Members, or immediately and without notice to Members should the termination result in the substitution of a program similar or substantially similar to the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program and/or the accrual of HedoCa$h. Cancellation of the Hedonism Resort Loyalty Program will result in termination of all HedoCa$h 24 months after the program cancellation date. At the conclusion of the 24 month period, unredeemed HedoCa$h will be forfeited to SuperClubs without compensation, payment, obligation or liability of any kind and no HedoCa$h shall thereafter be honored or accepted as payment or compensation for any goods and/or services. The accrual and/or issuance of HedoCa$h does not entitle Members to any vested rights in any award, reward, program, service or benefits.
6. SuperClubs’ liability with regard to HedoCa$h and the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program is limited to the proper crediting of HedoCa$h to Member accounts. SuperClubs or its agents, servants, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, successors, parents, subsidiaries, heirs, executors, administrators, predecessors, attorneys, insurers and all other persons, firms, corporations, associations or partnerships shall not be liable to any Member for any acts or omissions in connection with HedoCa$h and/or the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program.
7. SuperClubs is not responsible for and reserves the right to correct any errors communicated in any manner including but not limited to errors in pricing or other typographical errors relating to or arising out of HedoCa$h and/or the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program. SuperClubs is not responsible for requests or correspondence to or from Members that are lost or delayed due to mail, computer or human error.
8. HedoCa$h can be earned for SuperSurprise bookings but is only applicable for stays a Hedonism II & III. SuperSurprise bookings are not eligible for redemption.
9. HedoCa$h can only be redeemed at participating resorts which include and are limited to Hedonism II and Hedonism III resorts. Participating resorts are subject to change without notice.
10. SuperClubs employees and their family members are not eligible to earn/redeem HedoCa$h. Travel agent, travel agency or airline employee rate bookings, complimentary vacations or barter vacations are not eligible to earn/redeem HedoCa$h. Corporations, companies or other organizations are not eligible to earn/redeem HedoCa$h. Groups are not eligible to redeem HedoCa$h.
11. Members are responsible for ensuring HedoCa$h is properly calculated and/or credited to their Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program accounts. If a Member believes there has been an error in calculating and/or crediting HedoCa$h awards, the Member must submit to SuperClubs a copy of their Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Membership Card and proof of the error including but not limited payment receipts, invoices and any other materials which may be helpful in evidencing the error in calculating and/or crediting HedoCa$h dollars. Such documents must be received by the SuperClubs Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program Department within one year (12 months) from the time the HedoCa$h was earned. Should it be determined that an error was made in calculating and/or crediting HedoCa$h to a Member’s account, SuperClubs’ liability is limited to the proper crediting of such HedoCa$h award(s) to the Member’s account.
12. Members are responsible for updating their address, contact information and/or revision of personal profile data on the www.hedonism.com web site. Any Member requiring a name change to their Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program account must provide the SuperClubs Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program Department with a formal written request for an account name change accompanied by a legal document (such as a marriage certificate) as proof of the name change.
13. HedoCa$h is not property of the Member or non-Member and cannot be transferred upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter or by any other operation of law.
14. Members cannot redeem HedoCa$h toward vacations traveled prior to their Membership enrollment in the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program - No credits will be applied.
15. HedoCa$h has no cash value. HedoCa$h cannot be redeemed for cash. Redeemed HedoCa$h is not refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash, credit or HedoCa$h under any circumstances. HedoCa$h is not transferable to other Members or non-Members. HedoCa$h believed by SuperClubs or a SuperClubs representative or employee to have been bartered, sold or issued to someone other than the eligible Member are void and will not be honored.
16. HedoCa$h and the redemption of HedoCa$h dollars are void where prohibited by law. HedoCa$h and the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program are only available to individuals residing in countries and states that legally permit participation in the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program.
17. HedoCa$h does not include any taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the Member.
18. Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program Members and guests of the Hedonism II and Hedonism III resorts must be 18 years and older.
19. SuperClubs’ failure to enforce any Term or Condition does not constitute a waiver of any Term or Condition by SuperClubs.
20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of Jamaica or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Jamaica. By using this website, you consent to the jurisdiction of Jamaica and the Courts therein as the exclusive venue for any action or proceeding arising under or relating to the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program, these Terms and Conditions, this website or arising out of the use of, or reliance on, this website or any vacations booked through this website.
21. SuperClubs, its resorts, agents, servants, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, successors, parents, subsidiaries, heirs, executors, administrators, predecessors, attorneys, insurers and all other persons, firms, corporations, associations or partnerships provide services and/or products to SuperClubs Members or arrange such services and/or the acquisition of such products for its Members on the express condition and agreement that none will be held liable to its Members or others for any loss or injury arising out of, relating to or resulting from government restrictions and/or regulations, accidents, sickness and/or quarantines, war, weather, strikes, acts or omissions of third parties including but not limited to any individual, organization, company or corporation providing transportation, tours, sightseeing or other goods and/or services whether or not such goods and/or services are advertised or for any additional costs or expenses to a Member or Members arising out of or relating to a change in schedule, accommodations, rates, services, products or any other cause beyond the direct control of SuperClubs and any related SuperClubs entity.
22. SuperClubs, its resorts, agents, servants, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, successors, parents, subsidiaries, heirs, executors, administrators, predecessors, attorneys, insurers and all other persons, firms, corporations, associations or partnerships are not responsible and will not be responsible for refunds which may become due to Members from third party providers or vendors including but not limited to island tours, boat tours or ground transportation of any kind. Any claim for refund in whole or in part must be made directly to the party from whom the refund is due and any claim for refund in whole or in part will be subject to any and all rules and regulations applicable to the party from whom the refund is due.
23. Any costs, rates, charges, tariffs or other program descriptions and/or features are subject to change at any time. Resort accommodations, ground transportation, reservations, tickets and other services are subject to availability. Performance of services and/or provision of goods by SuperClubs, its resorts, agents, servants, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, successors, parents, subsidiaries, heirs, executors, administrators, predecessors, attorneys, insurers and all other persons, firms, corporations, associations or partnerships are subject to any and all applicable laws, regulations, provisions or orders of any governmental authority with jurisdiction. SuperClubs and its related entities reserve their rights to withdraw any or all HedoCa$h, awards, rewards, reservations or promotions and to refuse to provide accommodations to any Member or non-Member in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
24. The Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to there being no warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, other than those warranties which are imposed by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under applicable laws. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPERCLUBS, ITS AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR LICENSORS be liable for any LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY damages, either direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, consequential or otherwise, resulting from, or in any way connected to, the use of the Site OR ANY SUPERCLUBS' INFORMATION, in each case regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or other theories of liability. 26. Hedonism.com, Hedonism II, Hedonism III, Hedonism Loyalty Program, HedoCa$h and other SuperClubs logos and product and service names are trademarks of SuperClubs [and/or other licensed parties]. Any reproduction or use of any such trademark, logo or product or service name without the express written consent of SuperClubs is prohibited.
27. SuperClubs does not review or monitor any web sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any such linked web sites. Members linking to such websites do so at their own and sole risk. SuperClubs is not responsible for the information, products, or services available on such linked websites and is not liable for any damages arising from Members’ access to such sites. Any links to other sites is provided merely for the convenience of the Members and the inclusion of these links does not constitute and may not be considered an endorsement of the linked sites or the content therein. In addition, Members agree not to link their web sites or any other third party web site to the Site without the express prior written consent of SuperClubs. SuperClubs reserves the right, at any time, for any reason not prohibited by law, to deny permission to anyone to link a web site to the Site.
28. As a condition of use of the Site, Members agree that they will not use any device, software or other instrumentality to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site, and that Members will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on SuperClubs’ infrastructure and agree with SuperClubs that Members will not use the Site for a purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, notices or otherwise.
29. Members agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between SuperClubs and Members as a result of use of the Site. Any right not expressly granted by SuperClubs herein is expressly reserved by and is the exclusive property of SuperClubs.
30. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to limit SuperClubs in the exercise of any legal or equitable rights or remedies relating to or arising out of HedoCa$h and/or the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program.
