Hedonism II is proud to share the appointment of Fiona McGrowder as the new Community Outreach Project Manager for the Hedonism II Foundation. A seasoned member of the Hedonism II team, Fiona has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership in her journey with the company.
Fiona initially joined Hedonism II as the Administrative Assistant to the General Manager in 2013, having worked at Sandals and Secrets Resorts in the capacity of Human Resources Administrative Assistant. Her exceptional work ethics and passion for community development caught the attention of the executive committee. In 2022, she was selected to lead the Foundation program, and in 2023, she was officially appointed as the Hedonism II Foundation Community Outreach Project Manager. Fiona is also the Executive Assistant who works closely with the executive committee.
As the Community Outreach Project Manager, Fiona will continue to drive the Foundation’s mission of supporting local communities through various outreach programs and charitable initiatives. Her role will involve organizing volunteer efforts, coordinating projects, building and creating key initiatives and ensuring that the Foundation’s resources are maximized for meaningful impact. The Foundation has played a pivotal role in the development of many schools across the parishes of Westmoreland and Hanover.
Fiona’s hard work and dedication were recently recognized at the Hedonism II Staff Awards, where she was honored for her outstanding contributions to the company and the Hedonism II Foundation – Behind the Scenes. “This award recognizes individuals not always customer facing but ‘heart’ of the house delivering for our team and our guests in their own way. They are the wheels that keep the machine going and indeed she keeps the Foundation wheels spinning and well oiled.” Her tireless commitment to social responsibility has made her a valuable asset to both the Foundation and the Hedonism II team.
In 2019, she also received Employee of the year in the General Manager’s office. In the year 2023 she was awarded top performer in our quarterly Galaxy of Stars award
