Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the daily operations of the hotel’s maintenance and engineering department. The successful candidate will help ensure that all hotel facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and systems are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in supervising the maintenance team and daily engineering operations.
· Support preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
· Monitor contractor work and ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety regulations.
· Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities and equipment.
· Maintain maintenance records, logs, and inventory of tools and supplies.
· Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.
· Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and cost-control measures within the department.
· Train and mentor maintenance staff when required.
· Coordinate with housekeeping and front office teams to minimize guest disruption during repairs.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel or facility maintenance.
· Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
· Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
· Strong communication and leadership abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is an advantage.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all dining and beverage operations within our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience, maintaining high service standards, driving profitability, and leading a motivated hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, banqueting, and other F&B outlets.
· Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
· Supervise, train, and motivate F&B staff to maintain high performance standards.
· Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
· Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs efficiently.
· Control inventory, purchasing, and stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
· Develop and implement promotions, menus, and special events in collaboration with chefs and management.
· Monitor budgets, sales targets, and financial performance of the department.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
· Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hotel food and beverage management.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Excellent knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong financial and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in full-service hotel operations.
· Wine, cocktail, or culinary knowledge/certifications.

- Maintain and update client records
- Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and Events
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and events
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items efficiently
- Operate laundry machines safely and effectively
- Inspect items for stains or damage and treat as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area
- Ensure proper handling and storage of linens and garments
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset (but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimmers: Constantly watch the water to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Enforce safety rules: Make sure all guests follow pool/beach regulations.
- Rescue and respond: Act quickly in emergencies, including saving distressed swimmers.
- Inspect the area: Check water conditions, equipment, and hazards before and during shifts.
- Scan assigned zones continuously for signs of danger.
- Warn swimmers about unsafe behavior (running, diving in shallow areas, etc.).
- Maintain rescue equipment (life buoys, rescue tubes, first aid kits).
- Report incidents and complete accident reports.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the facility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong swimming ability and physical fitness.
- Certification in lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond quickly.
Work Environment:
- Pools, beaches, resorts, water parks, or recreational centers.
- Work may include long hours outdoors in sun or heat.
- Requires alertness at all times—no distractions while on duty
