Do we have to participate in everything?
Never. Every session runs at your own pace and comfort level, and each couple decides how much or how little to engage. The practices are designed to be explored privately between the two of you, so nothing is ever demanded and nothing is on display unless you want it to be.

Hedo is the world’s most iconic adults-only, clothing-optional resort, set on the turquoise water of Seven Mile Beach in Negril, Jamaica.
