Terms & Conditions Submissions must be received before 11:59PM EST on July 18th, 2025. By submitting a photo to the Hedonism II Magnet Photo Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Only original photos taken at Hedonism II Resort are eligible. Each guest may submit one (1) photo entry. Entries must be submitted by the person who took the photo or has full rights to it. 2. Submission Requirements: Photos must be: a) High-resolution (minimum 1920×1080 recommended), b) Landscape orientation, c) Free of explicit nudity (tasteful sensuality is acceptable), d) Submitted with all required information on the form, e) contain no text, group logos, travel agent logos or any digital manipulation. Submissions that do not meet these criteria may be disqualified at the discretion of Hedonism II. 3. Usage Rights: By submitting a photo, you grant Hedonism II and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute the photo for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes—including but not limited to social media, digital content, print, advertising, merchandise (including magnets), and resort signage—without further compensation or approval. You represent and warrant that you have full rights to the photo and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights. 4. Winner Selection & Prizes: Winners will be selected based on image quality, creativity, and alignment with the brand’s aesthetic. Selected photos will be turned into official Hedonism II souvenir magnets, sold in the resort gift shop. Each winner will receive: a)$100 USD resort credit, redeemable during their next stay, b)A personal set of their printed magnets as souvenirs. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Resort credit may be used for dining, spa, or boutique purchases and must be redeemed during an active booking. 5. Notification & Redemption: Winners will be contacted via the email provided on the entry form. If a winner cannot be reached within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees related to the prize. 6. General Conditions: Hedonism II reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or other causes beyond its control. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Hedonism II and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or prize receipt.2
