This month, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on one of our standout team members – Diana Field, our fantastic Groups & Events Supervisor.
Diana’s journey with Hedonism II began back in 2012, when she joined us as an Entertainment Coordinator. Over the years, her passion and dedication led her through several promotions, eventually becoming the supervisor of her own department. Today, Diana leads a small but incredibly important team, ensuring that every group event is flawlessly executed.
As the face behind the coordination of all group events, Diana is responsible for working closely with group leaders well before their arrival at the resort. She’s the one who meticulously plans every detail and sends out the BEO (Banquet Event Order) to all departments, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Diana’s commitment behind the scenes guarantees that every event is executed to perfection, from small private gatherings to the resort’s premium events such as HSB, Casual Swingers Week, and BBBB, to name a few.
But Diana’s talents don’t stop there! She’s also an active member of our Hedonism II Foundation and a proud member of the Entertainment Dance ‘Alumnus’. Many of you will remember Diana as “Dirty Diana” – always on the dance floor, sharing her infectious energy and passion for dancing. Whether you want to learn the latest moves or need a “Twerk” lesson, Diana is always ready to teach and spread the fun!
On a personal note, Diana is a loving mother of two – a son and a daughter. She’s currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, with plans to complete her degree in April 2025. We wish Diana all the best as she continues to balance her career, family, and studies. We have no doubt that she’ll succeed in all her future endeavors!
