In her current role, Tanice is responsible for responding to inquiries about the resort, ensuring group reservations are accurately entered for a smooth check-in process, and advising the Sales and Marketing Manager on issues that may impact inventory management. Her contributions directly enhance the guest experience, and her attention to detail has earned her recognition from her manager, who praises her as “brilliant.”
Tanice’s unique blend of determination, interpersonal skills, adaptability, customer service, and problem-solving abilities make her an invaluable asset to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing, practicing hairdressing and lashing, and spending time with friends.
Her most memorable experience at Hedonism II was checking in The Rascal’s Takeover group for the first time. The vibrant atmosphere, with music, dancers, and lively guests, left a lasting impression and remains a highlight of her career.
