Terms & Conditions Submissions must be received before 11:59PM EST on July 15th, 2026. By submitting a design to the Hedonism II Wear Your Wild T-Shirt Design Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Only original artwork is eligible – no stock art, AI-generated images or lifted designs. Each person may submit one (1) entry. Entries must be submitted by the person who created the design or has full rights to it. 2. Submission Requirements: Designs must be: a) High-resolution PNG or PDF format (minimum 300 DPI preferred, print-ready), b) Free of nudity or explicit imagery (suggestive rather than explicit is acceptable), c) Free of political or religious content, d) Free of other brand logos, trademarked characters or copyrighted elements, e) Free of hate speech or content promoting discrimination, f) Submitted with all required information on the form. Submissions that do not meet these criteria may be disqualified at the discretion of Hedonism II. 3. Usage Rights: By submitting a design, you grant Hedonism II and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display and distribute the design for promotional, marketing and commercial purposes – including but not limited to social media, digital content, print, advertising, merchandise (including t-shirts and apparel) and resort signage – without further compensation or approval. You represent and warrant that you have full rights to the design, that it is your own original work and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights. 4. Winner Selection & Prizes: Winners will be selected based on creativity, design quality and alignment with the brand’s aesthetic. The winning design will be produced and sold as an official t-shirt in the resort gift shop. Each winner will receive: a)$250 USD resort credit, redeemable during their next stay, b)The Hedo Champ Package, a curated basket of exclusive Hedonism II merchandise. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Resort credit may be used for dining, spa or boutique purchases and must be redeemed during an active booking. 5. Notification & Redemption: Winners will be contacted via the email provided on the entry form. If a winner cannot be reached within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees related to the prize. 6. General Conditions: Hedonism II reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud or other causes beyond its control. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Hedonism II and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or prize receipt.
